Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to join the Quality Department, supporting Supplier Management and Business Management Systems. The role emphasizes proactive quality improvements, audits, and supplier development within a manufacturing context.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and 3–5 years in quality assurance or supplier quality engineering, with AS 9100 experience and strong SPC skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supplier quality control procedures and conduct comprehensive audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Manage and oversee the Approved Vendor List, including onboarding and release processes.
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and drive corrective actions for continuous improvement.
• Support internal and external audits, including scheduling, conducting, and documenting results.
• Assist in managing calibration systems, non-conformance reports, and supplier development initiatives.
