Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to join the Quality Department in a manufacturing-focused organization. You will support the Supplier Management and Business Management Systems teams, developing supplier quality procedures and conducting audits to ensure compliance with standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or quality, 3–5 years in supplier quality, AS 9100 familiarity, and strong analytical and audit skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or quality management required.
• 3–5 years of quality assurance or supplier quality engineering experience.
• Experience with AS 9100 or other quality standards.
• Proficiency in quality management analysis tools and SPC.
• Strong understanding of quality control, root cause analysis and audits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supplier quality control procedures and audits.
• Manage Approved Vendor List, onboarding and release processes.
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and drive corrective actions.
• Support internal and external audits, including scheduling and documenting results.
• Assist in calibration systems, non-conformance reports, and supplier development.

Pay Range: $80,000 - $120,000

What's the Job?

• Manage and oversee the Approved Vendor List, including onboarding and release processes.
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and drive corrective actions for continuous improvement.
• Support internal and external audits, including scheduling, conducting, and documenting results.
• Assist in managing calibration systems, non-conformance reports, and supplier development initiatives.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in quality assurance or supplier quality engineering.
• Experience with AS 9100 or other relevant quality standards.
• Proficiency in quality management analysis tools and statistical process control (SPC).
• Strong understanding of quality control principles, root cause analysis, and audit methodologies.
