Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent from ABET-accredited university.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in automotive Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality.
• Knowledge of APQP/PPAP & Supplier Quality Manual.
• Statistical data analysis and metrology principles; RCA methods.
• Understanding of vehicle design, assembly, and process control.
• English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the compliance and quality of BCI parts and assemblies.
• Approve APQP / PPAP deliverables.
• Ensure application of all BCI compliant processes.
• Lead supplier quality reviews to ensure compliance actions.
• Propose pilots for issue resolution.
• Escalation process based on BCI criteria.
• Lead coaching for strategic suppliers on complaint process and issue resolution.
• Ensure root cause analysis and manage change requests to guarantee 100% quality at launch.
• Manage correlation of measurements to KPIs and ensure data integrity.
