Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering from ABET-accredited university.
• Experience with Kepner-Tregoe, Shainin Red X, Design of Experiments.
• Effective verbal and written communication at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to collect and synthesize data into meaningful information.
• Experience with computer systems and software.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis of quality issues using advanced tools (Kepner-Tregoe, Shainin Red X, DOE).
• Analyze quality data and manage engineering changes with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution.
• Conduct product evaluation tests to validate changes before full implementation.
• Serve as the point of contact for engineering quality and product-related incidents.
• Deliver third-party quality metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Plan and manage multiple projects in a lean, technical/business environment.
