Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Supplier Compliance Pilot for the Body, Chassis, and Interior (BCI) Quality Team in Auburn Hills, MI. The role focuses on ensuring project quality targets, launch timelines, and successful transition to high-quality volume production.

You will review APQP/PPAP deliverables, lead supplier quality reviews, and drive issue resolution through root-cause analysis and structured change management to achieve 100% readiness at launch.

Qualifications

• Experience with APQP/PPAP processes and quality systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance and quality of BCI parts and assemblies.
• Review and approve APQP/PPAP deliverables.
• Lead supplier quality reviews to ensure corrective actions align with vehicle quality requirements.
• Coordinate pilot activities for issue resolution.
• Manage escalation according to BCI criteria.
• Coach suppliers on complaint management and resolution methodologies.
• Ensure 100% quality readiness at launch through root cause analysis and change control.
• Correlate measurements to KPIs and ensure data integrity.
