Job summary

Amphenol Borisch Technologies, a division of Amphenol Corporation, seeks a Supplier Quality Administrator to ensure quality requirements are communicated and maintained by ABT’s suppliers. You will partner with QA and Purchasing to monitor scores, shipments, and FAI reviews, supporting continuous improvement across ABT facilities.

The role emphasizes data integrity, reporting, and adherence to quality processes, with a focus on supplier performance, corrective actions, and program administration

Responsibilities

Job description

The Supplier Quality Administrator is responsible for ensuring that Amphenol Borisch Technologies’ quality requirements are communicated, understood and maintained by ABT’s suppliers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain and track supplier scorecard data and generate monthly reports.
• Follow-up with suppliers on any missing paperwork from shipments.
• Work with Supplier Quality Engineer to manage RTV (Return to Vendor) inventory across all ABT facilities.
• Grow and maintain Dock to Stock (DTS) program.
• Assist with following up and completing Supplier Corrective Action Requests.
• Maintain the Supplier Quality Report program in Ruby.
• Work closely with the Purchasing department to maintain and update supplier on-time delivery and quality data.
• Review and approve supplier First Article Inspection (FAI) reports
• Additional duties as assigned by manager.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma Required.
• Excellent Problem Solving, Statistical and Analytical skills
• Excellent computer skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
