Job summary

Amphenol Borisch Technologies (ABT) seeks a Supplier Quality Administrator to ensure quality requirements are communicated and maintained by ABT's suppliers. You will manage supplier scorecards, coordinate with the Purchasing team to uphold on-time delivery and quality data, and support corrective actions as needed.

The role emphasizes problem solving, Excel proficiency, and strong communication as you collaborate with engineering and suppliers from ABT's Grand Rapids, MI facilities to sustain

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent Problem Solving, Statistical and Analytical skills.
• Excellent computer skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and track supplier scorecard data and generate monthly reports.
• Follow-up with suppliers on any missing paperwork from shipments.
• Work with Supplier Quality Engineer to manage RTV (Return to Vendor) inventory across all ABT facilities.
• Grow and maintain Dock to Stock (DTS) program.
• Assist with following up and completing Supplier Corrective Action Requests.
• Maintain the Supplier Quality Report program in Ruby.
• Work closely with the Purchasing department to maintain and update supplier on-time delivery and quality data.
• Review and approve supplier First Article Inspection (FAI) reports.
• Additional duties as assigned by manager.
