Job summary

Amphenol Borisch Technologies is seeking a Quality Inspector to ensure products and incoming materials meet contract, drawings, specifications, and written requirements. You will perform final visual and dimensional inspections and document results to support aerospace and defense quality systems.

This on-site role in Mesa, AZ requires IPC certifications (IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, J-STD-001), strong communication, ability to read drawings, use a microscope and gages, and willingness to work overtime

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong communication skills
• IPC-A-610 Certified
• IPC-A-620 Certified
• J-STD-001 Certified
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Ability to use a microscope and handheld gages
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Ability to lift to 40 pounds, occasionally
• Willing to work overtime as needed
• Ability to pass a Visual Acuity exam

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory location and status via barcode scanning and electronic database
• Maintains and updates documentation of records via FilePro, written documentation and spreadsheets
• Assists and performs sort activities (internal / external)
• Communication with Quality Engineers, Supervisors and Cell Leads
• Any other task assigned by manager
