Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of ten years experience in manufacturing or supplier management.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
• Strong manufacturing knowledge and experience with sub-tiers.
• Independent and able to work with minimal information.
• Experience in project planning and cross‑functional coordination.
• Advanced MS Office skills: PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead visits at key supplier sites to analyze performance issues and coordinate improvements.
• Expedite critical parts at suppliers to clear roadblocks and avoid production disruption.
• Establish a back‑to‑PO plan with harmonized balance lines and daily follow‑ups.
• Align with internal stakeholders and mandate supplier interventions.
• Identify improvement and risk mitigation opportunities at key supplier sites.
• Drive supplier performance improvement plans with internal and external partners.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Quality, and Operations on supplier development.
• Provide regular progress feedback to stakeholders on supplier support.
• Coordinate travel plans, reservations, expense claims, and financial reviews.
