Job summary

RTX is seeking a delivery assurance and supply chain professional to improve on-time supplier delivery from a remote-capable role based near the Phoenix area. You will identify bottlenecks, drive process improvements, and lead cross-functional projects to ensure timely parts delivery.

Strong experience in SAP and Qlik/Power BI, plus the ability to work across departments and travel up to 80% to supplier sites, will support success in this position.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years in delivery assurance, supply chain, or related field.
• Resident of the Phoenix, AZ area.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Identify bottlenecks and capacity constraints to improve on-time delivery from suppliers.
• Acquire a vision of the big picture and understand that enhancing operational effectiveness is key to business performance.
• Drive for results, pursuing improvements to meet goals with determination and collaboration.
• Develop understanding of products and supplier processes.
• Generate opportunities to remove barriers to on-time delivery of parts.
• Lead projects to completion and collect Leading Indicator data.
• Work with multiple projects and interact with several departments and levels of management.
