Job summary

Safran in North America is seeking a VIE Supplier Performance Analyst to support recovering supplier performance in crisis and ensure timely delivery to Safran customers. You will visit suppliers, monitor work in progress, and implement recovery actions.

The role emphasizes strong communication with supplier teams, expediting key actions, and deploying improvement tools. A hands-on, detail-oriented mindset and collaboration with cross-functional partners are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree preferred in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial)
• Experience in industrial manufacturing environment a plus

Responsibilities

• Monitor supplier performance (WIP, throughputs, input rates, Line of Balance)
• Provide accurate delivery forecasts
• Drive actions to recover performance in expedited timelines
• Identify root causes of nonperformance and propose corrective actions
• Coordinate regular meetings between supplier and Safran and disseminate minutes
• Consolidate supplier risk data and deploy improvement tools
