Job summary

Safran Aircraft Engine in the United States is seeking a Supplier Performance Analyst to support crisis recovery of key suppliers and protect Safran’s supply chain. You will visit supplier sites to monitor WIP, verify recovery actions, and ensure rapid communication between supplier teams and Safran.

The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, root-cause investigation, and deployment of improvement tools to expedite supplier recovery and stabilize deliveries for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or equivalent).
• Master's Degree in Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 3 months in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Preferred 3 years in an industrial manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor supplier performance and WIP status at supplier sites.
• Provide accurate delivery forecasts to Safran and customers.
• Drive actions to recover performance in an expedited timeline.
• Identify root causes of nonperformance and propose corrective actions.
• Coordinate regular meetings and communication between Safran and supplier teams.
• Propose and deploy improvement tools for supplier surveillance and monitoring.
