Job summary

Form Energy in Berkeley is seeking a Supplier Operations Manager to own end-to-end program execution for assigned supplier accounts, including NPI and sustaining phases, and ensure supplier readiness as Form scales production. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field with 1–3 years' experience.
• Coursework or certifications (APICS/ASCM) or hands-on supply chain experience.
• Ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 50% to supplier sites.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program execution for assigned supplier accounts, covering NPI and sustaining phases.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to align sourcing and execution plans.
• Manage supplier forecasts, order status, and capacity reviews; ensure forecast adherence.
• Maintain supplier data quality, lead times, and CTB reporting; drive process compliance.
• Lead supplier forums, status reviews, and executive summaries with stakeholders.
