Job summary

Form Energy, a U.S.-based energy storage leader, is seeking a Supplier Operations Manager to own end-to-end supplier execution across NPI and volume production. You will coordinate with Global Supply Managers, Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing to ensure supplier readiness, data quality, and on-time delivery.

Relocation assistance is available and travel up to 50% of the time. You will manage forecasts, capacity planning, CTB reporting, supplier forums, and performance reviews while driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field with internship or experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in managing cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated actions toward becoming a supply chain professional (certifications or projects).
• Ability to travel up to 50% to supplier sites.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supplier program execution for NPI and sustaining phases.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on forecasts and capacity.
• Lead supplier forums, reviews, and reporting with CTB data quality.
• Support ECOs, changes, and supplier corrective actions with Eng/Quality.
• Manage inbound logistics, expediting, and delivery performance.
