    Job Summary

    Spearheads the performance management aspects of the supplier lifecycle:

    • Manages a portfolio of complex supplier relationships to foster improved interaction and performance
    • Collaborates with internal stakeholders and potentially customers to understand supplier pain points and opportunities for improvement
    • Leverages reporting to build data driven performance review content that highlights process/behavior changes needed from the supplier
    • Oversees vendor performance review cadence, ensuring productive discussions with measurable success
    • Tracks progress of supplier and WWT against continually evolving action log of tasks to close performance gaps

    Serves as primary interface with suppliers in the development and maintenance of mutually beneficial relationships:

    • Acts as the main point of contact between specified suppliers, applicable internal stakeholders, and potentially customers as well
    • Serves as point of escalation for vendor issues, engaging internal/external resources to drive to resolution
    • Travel as necessary to support team in conducting on-site vendor operational assessments

    Communicates effectively within the organization to drive cross-functional collaboration:

    • Communicates regularly with internal stakeholders to provide support on vendor performance issues as part of the sourcing, procurement and supplier management lifecycles
    • Frames messaging appropriately for consumption by applicable audience (front line members of business all the way to senior leadership)
    • Markets team and highlights value generated from supplier management activity to encourage future engagement opportunities

    Job Responsibilities/Essential Functions/Competencies

    Responsibilities of this job consist of data driven management of complex vendor relationships to improve supplier performance, including:

    • Managing Tier 3 & 4 vendors
    • Establishing relationships and collaborating across multiple internal stakeholder groups
    • Reviewing supplier performance through established processes in collaboration with internal/external stakeholders
    • Managing necessary tools to achieve successful vendor monitoring
    • Collaborating across all phases of a supplier lifecycle to drive HPT

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to communicate through all levels of organization
