Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the formal internship program with mentorship
• Conduct research, analyze data, and develop recommendations for business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Support initiatives to improve business outcomes and member/client experience
• Develop and deliver a final internship presentation to leadership
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and related policies
