Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree; rising senior with a major in business administration, communications, health care management or another related degree
• Graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0
• Available for the full duration of the 10-week program
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available for this role

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in HCSC’s formal internship program and support project work
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in business and IT areas
• Research, analyze data, and develop recommendations to inform business decisions
