An established industry player is seeking a dedicated professional to enhance supplier quality and manufacturability. In this role, you will collaborate with suppliers to drive continuous improvement in quality and cost while managing engineering drawing requirements. You will participate in the supplier selection process and lead quality improvement initiatives, ensuring the highest standards are met. Key Responsibilities
Work with Suppliers to ensure continuous improvement in quality, manufacturability, and cost. Clarify engineering drawing requirements and communicate effectively to supporting suppliers.
Continuous involvement in the Supplier Selection Process to develop a supply base that provides a competitive advantage in quality, value/cost, delivery, and technology.
Perform the supplier technical audit process and evaluate supplier performance and capability, driving continuous improvement opportunities at the supplier.
Work with end users to perform quality problem resolutions and incident management, driving root cause and corrective actions.
Lead or participate in quality improvement projects to achieve quality targets.

U.S. Salary Range: $120,000.00 - $165,000.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
