An established industry player is seeking a skilled quality engineer to enhance supplier relationships and drive continuous improvement. In this dynamic role, you will work closely with suppliers to ensure high standards in quality and manufacturability while leading quality improvement projects. Your expertise in engineering drawings and component manufacturing will be vital in resolving quality issues and implementing corrective actions. Key Responsibilities
Work with Suppliers to ensure continuous improvement in quality, manufacturability, and cost. Clarify engineering drawing requirements and communicate effectively to supporting suppliers.
Continuously involve in the Supplier Selection Process to develop a supply base that provides a competitive advantage in quality, value/cost, delivery, and technology.
Perform the supplier technical audit process and evaluate supplier performance and capability, driving continuous improvement opportunities at the supplier.
Work with end users to perform quality problem resolutions and incident management, driving root cause and corrective actions.
Lead or participate in quality improvement projects to achieve quality targets.

U.S. Salary Range: $120,000.00 - $165,000.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
