Key Responsibilities

1. Work with Suppliers to ensure continuous improvement in quality, manufacturability, and cost. Clarify engineering drawing requirements and communicate effectively with suppliers.
2. Participate in the Supplier Selection Process to develop a supply base that provides competitive advantages in quality, value/cost, delivery, and technology.
3. Perform supplier technical audits, evaluate performance and capability, and drive continuous improvement at suppliers.
4. Work with end users to resolve quality problems and incidents, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions.
5. Lead or participate in quality improvement projects to meet quality targets.

Knowledge and Skillset

• Knowledge of engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of component manufacturing processes (welding, machining, electrical, assembly).
• Knowledge of quality tools (8D, fishbone diagrams, etc.).
• Ability to solve complex problems, exercise judgment, and analyze multiple sources of information.
• Proficiency in SAP, MS Office.
• Understanding of best practices and market differentiation factors.
• Responsiveness and responsibility in tasks.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work with a global team and build consensus.
• Team player attitude.
