The ideal candidate will drive throughput improvements, build supplier capability, and influence stakeholders in a matrix environment while traveling internationally up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Production, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years improving production systems in high complexity industrial supplier manufacturing.
• Deep systems thinking: flow, capacity, constraints, variability, stability.
• Experience using data and analytics to support decisions.
• Translate hands-on work into repeatable methods and training.
• Willing to travel internationally up to 30%.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose supplier production systems and identify root causes of system-level gaps.
• Drive improvements in throughput, lead time, and robustness through bottleneck resolution.
• Strengthen supplier capability through robust operating routines and standards.
• Translate priorities into sequenced supplier development initiatives with baselines and outcomes.
• Create standard work, playbooks, and training for repeatability across teams.
• Collaborate across regions and cultures to drive sustainable improvements.
