You will work globally to drive capabilities, collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations, and implement structured methods for sustainable performance improvements.
The role focuses on diagnosing production systems, coaching teams, and translating hands-on experiences into repeatable playbooks while traveling internationally up to 30% to align with supplier
Qualifications
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience improving production systems in high complexity industrial supplier manufacturing environments.
- Deep systems thinking grounded in flow, capacity, constraints, variability, and stability.
- Proven ability to diagnose and improve real production systems using data, analytics, and emerging digital/AI based tools to support decisions and performance discussions.
- Experience translating hands-on work into repeatable methods (standard work, routines, templates, playbooks) to enable others via coaching and training.
- Ability to influence across functions without direct authority; travel internationally up to 30%.
