Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking an Analyst for Supplier Management to support creation, maintenance, governance, and integrity of supplier master data across systems. You will coordinate onboarding, record updates, and data quality with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Treasury, Tax, Legal, and suppliers.

The role emphasizes strong attention to detail, analytical skills, customer service, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. On-site role reporting to the Cleveland HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1+ year of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Procurement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier onboarding and maintenance requests in Coupa RPMA.
• Support supplier deactivation and vendor record cleanup.
• Assist internal teams and external vendors with online systems (Coupa, AOM, QAD, MMS, SWEEP).
• Act as Coupa SME for supplier enablement and content management.
• Build relationships with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Treasury, Tax, Legal, Compliance, and suppliers to minimize issues.
• Assist onboarding of vendors on new payment program initiatives.
• Validate and set up banking information for ACH and Wire payments.
• Support attainment of annual goals and strategic vision.
• Maintain high customer service standards and SLAs.
