Responsibilities include assisting the Finance Operations Team, automating manual tasks with RPA, and helping with regular administrative duties and project documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
• High attention to detail in communication and presentations.
• Ability to handle pressure and multiple tasks quickly.
• Proficient with digital platforms and technology.
• Fast learner who can work on admin and strategic tasks.
• Enrolled university student or gap year candidate.

Responsibilities

• Use Power BI, Excel, Power Query, PowerPoint (ThinkCell) to improve reporting.
• Generate ideas for continuous improvement using new tech.
• Assist Digitalization projects and automate manual tasks with RPA.
• Support monthly tire payment process and related admin.
• Create and refine work instructions and process docs.
• Support the Finance Operations Team with projects and tasks.
• Organize meetings, manage emails, and assist events.
