Job summary

Mercedes-Benz U.S. International, Inc. in Alabama invites university students to join as paid interns in a mechanical/electrical engineering related track.

The program supports visa costs and includes a housing stipend, with an anticipated April 2027 start date. Selected interns will engage in data analysis, KPI tracking, and cross-plant collaboration to meet customer needs while gaining exposure to advanced manufacturing at MBUSI's Tuscaloosa campus.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university program or gap year between bachelor’s and master’s degrees.
• Studies outside of the U.S.A. with an expected start in April 2027.

Responsibilities

• Implement measures and processes (IQS, QFS, KPI effectiveness).
• Coordinate with global plants to meet customer needs.
• Create and support market data on topics or trends.
• Analyze customer feedback.
• Track and report on field sensor data and top issues.
