Job summary

Daylene's Supper Club at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Wisconsin Dells is seeking servers to deliver a friendly, responsive dining experience for guests. You will support a leadership team that embodies the Lead with Love philosophy, guiding and inspiring associates while ensuring exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant experience in a full-service restaurant or a background in the service industry.
• A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders into the point-of-sale system which relays orders to the kitchen and bar.
• Delivery food and beverage orders from kitchen and bar with appropriate service trays to guests in a timely manner.
• Participate as a team and use core values and service expectations listed in the Kalahari Promise daily.
