Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Wisconsin Dells, WI is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead service excellence in our high-energy dining outlets and Daylene's Supper Club. You will model guest-focused hospitality, train associates, and ensure standards are met with a fun, professional, attentive approach.

As part of the leadership team, you’ll coach staff, manage daily operations, and uphold safety and quality across food and beverage outlets.

Qualifications

• 1+ year front-of-house operations or supervisory experience.
• Prior full-service restaurant experience required.
• English communication skills required.
• Alcohol awareness/safety certificate may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support management and enforce policies across all outlets.
• Cover shifts as needed to maintain guest service.
• Coach staff and promote professional development.
• Maintain clean and well-functioning equipment per maintenance programs.
