Air Force Global Strike Command seeks a Material Acquisition Element Chief to lead ordering, stocking, and maintenance of equipment, parts, and supplies. The role provides analytical support, technical guidance, and first-line supervision, with potential deployment to expeditionary missions as needed.

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Material Acquisition Element Chief, providing analytical support, technical expertise, and first-line supervision in the ordering, stocking, and maintenance of equipment, parts, and supplies.
(con't from Conditions of Employment) The duty of the employee is to provide support expeditionary requirements in other than combat or combat support situations. The employee could be deployed to support emergency operations, humanitarian missions, disaster relief, or other expeditionary missions in the continental United States or overseas, that are not considered "combat" locations. Employee must sign DD Form 2365 as a condition. As of Mar 2023, of employment. Position DOES NOT provide civilian support to combat operations.
In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Clerical and Administrative.
Credit will be given for appropriate unpaid and or part-time work. You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week.
