Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: (1) overseeing and conducting physical security surveys and inspections; (2) advising management on improvements to security/protective methods and procedures; (3) assisting with the Antiterrorism (AT)/Force Protection (FP) Programs; (4) monitoring security measures in response to threats; and (5) coordinating plans, procedures, and changes in Force Protection Condition (FPCON) levels within the organization, appropriate local, State, and federal agencies. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
