This position is with the AD Director of Staff Operations located in Falls Church, Virginia.
20% of your daily duties are supervising security and support personnel and contractors to include recruitment, selection, performance management, discipline, career development, and workforce planning.

One year of specialized experience which includes formulating comprehensive threat mitigation programs to ensure continuous enterprise operations; AND managing organization-wide physical security protocols to safeguard critical institutional assets; AND directing multidisciplinary security teams to execute strategic performance objectives; AND advising executive leadership to recommend global risk frameworks. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).
