You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience.

Specialized Experience:

1. 1) Instructing security personnel on specific access control operational tasks and job techniques;
2. 2) Reviewing identification cards, badges or passes to allow access to a secured area;
3. 3) Protecting the health, safety, privacy or best interest of the public, staff or others who may be at risk;
4. 4) Preparing daily reports, journals, logs or records.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06).
