Job summary

NAVWAR in Washington, DC is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead full lifecycle IT programs with a focus on cost, schedule, and performance, engaging extensively with flag/SES stakeholders across the department.

You will guide change management initiatives, build coalitions, and supervise acquisition life cycle activities from definition to deployment, ensuring mission success and effective resource use.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or NH-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Qualification Summary

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or NH-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience in large-scale Defense Business Systems (DBS) and/or federal information technology systems/programs and business acumen skill in financial management, human capital management and technology management. Compensation:

$143,913-$197,200 per year
