Job summary

Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) in Patuxent Highland, MD, seeks a Supervisory Program Manager to lead enterprise aircraft and engine workload, readiness, and production performance oversight.

You will translate operational data into actionable plans, coordinate depot maintenance across FRC sites, manage induction plans, and supervise coordinators across multiple TMS portfolios to ensure timely risk identification and mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the authoritative enterprise sight picture for aircraft and engine workload, readiness risks, and production performance.
• Translate operational data, maintenance requirements, and resource constraints into actionable plans and senior leader decision-support.
• Lead coordination and integration of all aircraft and engine depot-level maintenance requirements across FRC sites.
• Maintain a comprehensive, integrated view of induction plans, workload standards, forecast accuracy, TAT performance, material constraints, and capacity risks for all aircraft and engine programs.
• Lead development of the consolidated aircraft and engine out-year maintenance plan.
• Supervise and provide technical direction to all aircraft and engine coordinators across multiple TMS portfolios.
• Ensure timely identification of risks that may impact production schedules, depot throughput, material readiness, or Fleet availability.
