One year of specialized experience which includes developing and managing budgets for programs and projects; analyzing and interpreting financial policies and regulations to ensure compliance and resource availability; advising management on budgetary matters and recommending corrective actions to resolve funding issues; and preparing and presenting budget justifications to support program objectives.
