This role reports to the Deputy Director of Talent Management, OHR, serving as the Personnel Security Branch Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing the personnel security program, ensuring compliance with federal and SI-specific regulations, and managing related operations.
You qualify for GS-14 with one year of specialized experience managing personnel security operations, developing policies, and overseeing investigations. For GS-15, similar experience with additional responsibilities such as resource allocation and metrics development is required.
