You will serve as a Supervisory Park RangerGrand Teton National Park. Serves as the Division of Interpretation Chief by planning, directing, controlling, staffing and evaluating division activities either directly or through subordinate staff for all visitor services, interpretive and education programs. First time hires to the Federal government normally start at the step 1 rate.
Serves as key member of park leadership team, developing parkwide policy, reviewing park operations, recommending on management direction, goals and objectives. Formulates programs, reconciles and assures accountability of funds provided for Division. Responsible for the full range of supervisory duties. Works closely with park partners, local and state agencies, concessionaires, philanthropic partners and the cooperating association etc. to plan, collaborate and cooperate on a variety of educational, interpretive, outreach and safety issues. Manages a large programmatic portfolio focused on internal and external education.
