Human Touch Home Health is seeking an experienced Supervisory Registered Nurse (RN) to provide PRN supervisory oversight for non-skilled/personal care services throughout Washington, DC. This role emphasizes client safety, caregiver supervision, and adherence to care plans and regulations.
You will perform supervisory visits, assess changes in conditions, and ensure care plans are followed while maintaining accurate documentation.

Meaningful Role in Maintaining Quality Home Care Services
As a Supervisory RN for our non-skilled services, you will:
Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments as required
Complete supervisory visits in clients' homes
Develop, review, and update client plans of care
Assess clients for changes in condition or care needs
Ensure caregivers are following established care plans
Observe and evaluate caregiver performance in the home
Provide education, coaching, and guidance to caregivers
Address client and family concerns related to care
Communicate changes in client needs to the appropriate team members
Help ensure services are being delivered safely and appropriately
Review documentation for accuracy and completeness
Assist with quality assurance and regulatory compliance
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with scheduling, operations, and leadership to resolve care concerns
Escalate significant changes or concerns when appropriate
Active Washington, DC Registered Nurse License Required
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Previous nursing experience required
Experience with personal care, private duty, non-skilled home care, home health, or community-based services preferred
Strong assessment and supervisory skills
Knowledge of care planning and caregiver oversight
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Comfortable working independently in clients' homes
Reliable transportation and ability to travel between client locations throughout Washington, DC
Non-skilled doesn't mean non-important.
