Job summary

Right at Home Peachtree City is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our in-home care team on a part-time basis. You will lead clinical oversight and mentor caregivers in clients' homes.

In this flexible role, you’ll conduct assessments, develop care plans, monitor quality, and ensure compliance with Georgia home care standards while delivering meaningful support to families. Join a supportive local team that values training and professional development.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Georgia RN license.
• Home care/home health/senior/private-duty experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial client assessments and reassessments.
• Develop, review, and update individualized service/care plans.
• Perform supervisory visits in clients' homes.
• Assess client condition, safety, and satisfaction with services.
• Monitor caregiver performance and adherence to the care plan.
• Provide caregiver coaching and clinical guidance.
• Assist with caregiver competency evaluations when appropriate.
• Review documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify and communicate changes in client needs.
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and staff.
• Provide nursing consultation for medically frail clients.
• Help resolve client or caregiver concerns.
• Support quality assurance and continuous improvement.
• Maintain timely, confidential clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Georgia home care regulations.

What We're Looking For

• Current, unrestricted Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Nursing experience; home care, home health, senior care, or private-duty experience preferred
• Strong assessment and clinical judgment skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Compassionate, professional, dependable, and organized
• Comfortable working independently in clients' homes
• Ability to coach and support CNAs, PCAs, and caregivers
• Strong time-management and problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
• Valid driver's license and required automobile insurance
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
