Right at Home Peachtree City is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our in-home care team on a part-time basis. You will lead clinical care, mentor caregivers, and ensure safety and quality in clients' homes.

This role emphasizes flexible daytime hours and direct client/family communication, with adherence to Georgia home care regulations. If you value meaningful work outside traditional bedside nursing, apply to help clients stay safely at home.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Georgia RN license.
• Nursing experience in home care, home health, senior care, or private-duty preferred.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to coach and support CNAs, PCAs, and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial client assessments and reassessments.
• Develop, review, and update individualized service/care plans.
• Perform required supervisory visits in clients' homes.
• Assess client condition, safety, needs, and satisfaction with services.
• Monitor caregiver performance and adherence to the care plan.
• Provide caregiver coaching, education, and clinical guidance.
• Assist with caregiver competency evaluations when appropriate.
• Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Identify and communicate changes in client condition or care needs.
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, caregivers, and office staff.
• Provide nursing consultation for medically frail or compromised clients when appropriate.
• Help resolve client or caregiver concerns.
• Support quality assurance and continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation.
• Help ensure compliance with Georgia home care regulations and agency standards.

What We're Looking For

• Current, unrestricted Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Nursing experience; home care, home health, senior care, or private-duty experience preferred
• Strong assessment and clinical judgment skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Compassionate, professional, dependable, and organized
• Comfortable working independently in clients' homes
• Ability to coach and support CNAs, PCAs, and caregivers
• Strong time-management and problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
• Valid driver's license and required automobile insurance
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
