This position is responsible for providing strategic, financial, and administrative executive leadership for major agency programs. Key responsibilities include directing financial operations and budget formulation, execution, and reporting; driving strategic human capital management and performance evaluation; and establishing policies, standard operating procedures, and performance measurement frameworks.
To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must meet the specialized experience qualifications. To qualify for the Grade 15, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equal or equivalent to the GS-14, it must include: Experience managing, executing, and evaluating administrative, technical, and financial program operations such as formulating and executing substantial budgets, establishing strategic goals, performance metrics, and compliance with fiscal regulations and organizational practices. AND Experience managing technical performance of contract support activities to include establishing standard operating procedures and staffing resources for a multi-disciplinary workforce. AND Experience as an advisor to senior leadership providing data analysis to improve organizational efficiency and collaborating with various offices to develop or streamline policies and procedures.
