Job Overview:
Lead maintenance department maximizing equipment and infrastructure reliability. Coordinate and supervise the activities of maintenance technicians. Schedule preventive maintenance and work orders, manage inventory of supplies and spare parts, and troubleshoot facility systems and equipment. Train personnel on monitoring and maintaining equipment, grounds and infrastructure. Interact with people effectively, receiving and sharing information and supporting group decisions.
Objectives: The objective of this role is to supervise, perform, and support maintenance and repair operations throughout the company, reporting directly to the facilities manager.
