Services are required from 19 May 2025 through 5 September 2025, covering the 2025 summer season (approximately Memorial Day through Labor Day). Applicants must be 21+ years old.

Whiteman Air Force Base operates an outdoor pool to support the morale, welfare, and recreation (MWR) program for active-duty military members, their families, retirees, and DoD civilians. The pool operates seasonally from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Lifeguard services are essential to ensure the safety of all patrons during open swim hours, private functions, and instructional swim classes. As the Supervisory Lifeguard, you will oversee, supervise, and conduct periodic training of a team of lifeguards, ensuring the safety and well-being of swimmers and guests. Responsibilities include monitoring water activities, enforcing safety rules, providing emergency assistance, offering first aid when necessary, and maintaining the pool and surrounding areas according to standards.
