Job summary

TD Williamson in Houston is seeking a Supervisor for the Workshop (Finance) to oversee all workshop activities, ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery of equipment, and develop personnel.

You will manage technicians, hire/train, and ensure compliance with HSE and Quality requirements, working in an international environment with strong leadership and IT skills to interpret technical drawings.

Qualifications

• Experience in pipeline services or oil service industry.
• Manager/supervisor/team leader experience.
• Ability to work in an international environment, prioritize under pressure.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills.
• Proficient IT skills and ability to interpret technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Organize work and personnel in the workshop to assure assembling, testing and maintenance of equipment is executed in due time.
• Ensure proper maintenance and storage of TDW and customers' equipment.
• Assist in solving technical issues related to project deliveries.
• Ensure compliance to HSE and Quality requirements.
• Personnel responsibility for technicians in the workshop
• Hires, trains, coaches, counsels and evaluates performance of direct reports.

Overview:

Responsible for and supervise all activities in the Workshop to meet the highest standards of excellence, and continuously develop personnel and procedures to ensure the highest level of performance and competence, in accordance with Quality and HSE requirements.

Key Responsibilities
