Job summary

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in the pipeline services or oil service industry, plus strong coordination and IT skills, and the ability to work in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading workshop teams in an industrial setting.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Proven track record in driving HSE and quality compliance.

Responsibilities

• Organize work and personnel in the workshop to ensure assembling, testing and maintenance of equipment is completed on time.
• Maintain and store TDW and customers’ equipment properly and securely.
• Assist in solving technical issues related to project deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and Quality requirements.
• Supervise technicians in the workshop and manage performance.
• Hire, train, coach, counsel and evaluate direct reports.
