Job summary

TDW is seeking a Workshop Supervisor to lead and coordinate activities in our workshop, ensuring assembly, testing and maintenance of equipment meet high standards of quality and safety. You will manage personnel, drive continuous improvement, and ensure adherence to HSE requirements.

Experience in pipeline services or oil service, strong leadership, ability to work in international environment, and proficient to interpret technical drawings are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in pipeline services or oil service industries, with manager/supervisor/team leader experience.
• Ability to work in an international environment and manage priorities under pressure.
• Strong leadership, coordination skills and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Organize work and personnel in the workshop to assure assembling, testing and maintenance of equipment is executed in due time.
• Ensure proper maintenance and storage of TDW and customers equipment.
• Assist in solving technical issues related to project deliveries.
• Ensure compliance to HSE and Quality requirements.
• Personnel responsibility for technicians in the workshop: hires, trains, coaches, counsels and evaluates performance of direct reports.

Experience

• Ability to work in an international environment, to prioritize properly in a hectic environment and under pressure.
• Self-motivated and independent.
• Great leadership and coordination skills.
• Proficient IT skills.
• Ability to understand technical drawings and stay up to date on relevant technology.
