Job summary

TD Williamson in Houston seeks a Workshop Supervisor to manage the workshop activities, ensuring safety, quality and timely assembly, testing, and maintenance of equipment. You will lead technicians, maintain TDW and customer gear, and address technical issues to support project deliveries.

Ideal candidate will have prior leadership roles in pipeline or oil service and the ability to work in an international environment while enforcing HSE and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in pipeline services or oil service industry.
• Manager/supervisor/team leader experience.

Responsibilities

• Organize work and personnel in the workshop, to assure assembling, testing and maintenance of equipment is executed in due time.
• Ensure proper maintenance and storage of TDW and customers' equipment.
• Assist in solving technical issues related to project deliveries.
• Ensure compliance to HSE and Quality requirements.
• Personnel responsibility for technicians in the workshop
• Hires, trains, coaches, counsels and evaluates performance of direct reports.
