Job summary

Goodwill Southern California is hiring a Supervisor, WCD Programs to oversee case management teams that support participants on their path to employment. This role ensures program excellence through leadership and collaboration.

You will supervise staff, monitor progress and documentation, manage budgets, and cultivate partnerships with training providers and funders to advance participant success.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher preferred; 2–3 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in workforce development or social services.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred; nonprofit experience a plus.
