Job summary

Goodwill Southern California is seeking a Part-Time Multi-Site Job Coach to support individuals with developmental disabilities across multiple worksites in the region. You will provide on-the-job training, reinforce workplace skills, and promote inclusion in real-world settings.

Responsibilities include communicating with participants, employers, and program teams, ensuring timely reporting and documentation, and advocating for accommodations to foster independence and meaningful employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience; workforce or disability services preferred.
• Valid CA driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Reliable, flexible, and organized approach to supporting multiple worksites.
