Goodwill SoCal is seeking a motivated WCD Programs Assistant to provide administrative and participant support that ensures a welcoming and efficient experience for those entering our workforce programs.

You will serve as the first point of contact for participants, collect and verify client documentation, assist with enrollments, support case management and data entry with precision and confidentiality, and coordinate workshops, job fairs, and scheduling for the program team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some office or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
• Spanish/English bilingual preferred.
