Description

Team Fishel, the Best Choice in Utility Construction, is hiring a Supervisor for our Richmond, VA operation.

The Supervisor will be responsible for the safety, quality, and profitability of all the jobs in their area. They will be expected to schedule crews to meet the customer’s schedule and work with subcontractors as needed to handle workflow.

We’re looking for an ideal candidate with:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience supervising underground electrical projects
• Familiarity with directional boring
• A working understanding of contracting and accounting practices
• Demonstrated ability to keep crews on schedule
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office
